Political Opponents to Tsar Nicholas II
Due to poor living
and working conditions, high taxes and land disputes, the working classes in
Tsarist Russia were disgruntled and went on strike often. The working classes
were the first to create political parties, however the middle classes soon
followed, which created a dynamic political atmosphere. Radical parties soon
evolved with opposing ideologies, which helped to create the political
instability in Russia that Tsar Nicholas II experienced.
